Anyone who knows Josh Lippman, both professionally and personally, would agree that his name is synonymous with several adjectives: optimistic, hard working, fun, endlessly energetic and dedicated. He is the teacher grown adults wish they had when they were in high school and the man that many parents hope to enter their lives when their children are in high school! Simply stated, Josh Lippman is a wonder. After graduating from Emory University, he stumbled upon the teaching world as a standardized testing course instructor and private tutor for Kaplan Education Centers. There, he fell in love with teaching, helping and communicating with adolescents. He went on to teach for many years at a local private school where he specialized in middle school mathematics. During this time, Josh began to venture out on his own with his tutoring skills.
Taking what he learned from established test prep professionals and mixing in his own strategies, knowledge and magic, he created the foundations of what is now a very successful standardized test prep business. Currently, he is a beloved mathematics teacher for grades 9-12 at a prestigious private school in Connecticut. His test prep business continues to grow and develop, as his passion for it is limitless. Josh Lippman exudes the true meaning of what it means to be a teacher and is the definition of the nobility behind the profession.
